Speaker Presentation Information
All session rooms in the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center will be networked to a server in the Speaker Ready Room. In addition, each session room will be set up with a networked PC computer and LCD projector. The computer have the latest edition of Microsoft's PowerPoint™ presentation software as well as Adobe Acrobat© Reader to display PDF files. For those who use a MAC and not a PC, the Audiovisual company also will have MAC computers available.
