Poster Information
Posters may have a maximum size of 40 inches (1.0 meter) tall and 88 inches (2.2 meter) wide. Posters smaller than this maximum size are acceptable.
Information concerning poster locations will be available after Abstract Notifications are released February 20, 2008.
Poster sessions are scheduled in the Poster Hall in the Exhibits Hall Monday-Wednesday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. On Thursday, the session is scheduled from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon in the same location. Presenters are required to be at their posters either from 10:30 am - 12:00 noon or 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm to answer any questions about their work.
All Poster Presenters are expected to place their posters on their assigned boards before 9:00 am. Posters will remain on the poster boards until 4:00 pm daily (noon on Thursday). There will be a special entrance to the Poster Hall to allow presenters access to their posters after the completion of the day.
