- November 16, 2009: The Abstract Submission period opens.
- January 11-14, 2010: Abstract Submission closes. Actual deadline coincides with the category the abstract is submitted under. Full details are provided in the Call for Abstracts.
- January 22, 2010: Student Travel Grant Letters of Nomination due to ASM.
- February 26, 2010: Abstract presenters of record will be notified of abstract status.
- March 19, 2010: Student Travel Grant Awardees will be notified.
- April 23, 2010: Poster Session information will be available through the Program Viewer.
