Propose an Invited Speaker Session for the General Meeting

Invited Speaker Sessions at the General Meeting are scheduled to last 2.5 hours and typically comprise 1-2 organizers and 5 speakers. Each speaker should talk for about 25 minutes and answer questions for an additional five. Symposia sessions typically address the interests of a specific division of the society, while Colloquial sessions are more broadly-based sessions of interest to the members of several divisions.

Session development begins approximately 15 months prior to the actual meeting and the final schedule is completed shortly after the Labor Day Holiday prior to the meeting dates, which is normally the 3rd week of May.
